2. Aloe Gel
This is a semi-solid, odorless jelly. pH 5,8% - 6.7%;
Moisture 95.5g/100g; Ash 1.59-2.40g/100g; Dietary Fibre
0.49g/100g; Carbohydrate 1.9g/100g; Free Sugars absent;
Energy Value 28.7kJ/100g;Solids 4.8g/100g
3. Spray Dried Aloe Gel - White powder.
Typical Analysis per 100g powder: Moisture 5g; Carbohydrate
93g and energy 1488kJ
