It is located in Taiyang Yuanbao Industrial Park Wafangdian, Dalian. Our company was established in 1998.Covering a floor area of 30,000 sqm, building area 12,800 sqm. The fixed assets is RMB fifty million. The total staff is about 200. There are more than 300 sets professional bearing-productive equipment and special inspect instruments. We own the special measurement office and professional staff.
Our company carries out the ISO and the latest national standard. We pay high attention on the bearings from the material cutting to the final service after sales. The whole process is in the control by the upper office. We mainly manufactured deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning bearings, angular contact ball bearing for ball screw, angular contact ball bearings, needle bearings, tapered roller bearings in metric or inch size, thrust ball bearings, non-standard bearings, spherical roller bearings and the smallest inner ring can be 35 mm, while the largest outer ring can be 1600 mm.. The precision of the bearings we manufactured can attain P5, SP, P4, UP class, some even could be P2 class. For many years, we have dedicated to the satisfactory service and products of customers through our growing products quality and craft. They are widely applied in machine tools, CNC, medium-large -size motor and precise rolling mill etc. With their good character and super precision, low-noise, high running speed and long-life, it is good for the users to save cost and cut the cycle for the stocking. At present, series of bearing with WZFB brand have been sold to all the countries, and have gained appraisement from customers, and have certain market competitiveness.
In 2007, the company developed YRT series bearings, which are mainly applied in the CNC turret. Through our customers’ using and testing, this type of bearing was proved much better than other domestic factories. While at present the domestic market mainly imports it from Germany. So they have highly appraised it . Now our products have interested many customers from Germany, America, Europe and so on, we have become the mainly suppliers of them in China.
