Tangshan Sanyou Group Xingda Chemical Fibre Co.,Ltd, located in Nanpu Development Zone, Tangshan, Hebei, China ,is a subsidiary company of Tangshan Sanyou Group Co.,Ltd, adjacent to the metropolitan area of Beijing ,Tianjin and Tangshan. As a professional producer of cellulose fibre, the company with over 3,400 employees can produce 280,000 ton annually.
The company attaches great importance to scientific and technological progress. On the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology, we designed, manufactured and installed by ourselves to construct five production lines in second and third phases, some of the equipments’ manufacturing technology having obtained national patent. The company was honored as National High-technology Enterprise in 2009.In May 2010, a production line with an annual capacity of 5,000 ton special viscose staple fibre was put into operation, which became the only trial production line in domestic industry to achieve new product development and mass production of differential fibres.
In 2007, the company was approved as one of the second batch of National Circular Economy Pilot Units. As one of the two bases of circular economy industrial chain of our group, the company started in 2009 its Yuanda project of viscose staple fibre with an annual capacity of 280,000 ton. By means of advanced technology and equipment manufacturing capability, we, by ourselves, initiate the industry''s first largest production line with an annual capacity of 60,000 ton and develop the refiner with the breadth of 3.6 meter and large-scale trough and relevant condensation recovery system of carbon bisulfide. As well, we develop cooperatively bosseyed spinning machine with 96 spindles and dinking machine with 13 million deniers. The total annual capacity of the first phase is 120,000 ton and the two lines have been put into operation since January and March of 2011 separately. At present, the second phase of the project to construct production line with an annual capacity of 160,000 ton is just ongoing and will be finished in October of 2012 by which time our total annual capacity will reach 450,000 ton.
After nearly ten years of sharpening, Sanyou chemical fibre like pearl shines, and ranks in the leading place in the industry. Standing at a new starting line, we are ambitious, competent, and determined to create a new world of development and construction for the chemical fibre industry and to win glory for the national industry. |
