We are pleased to introduce SEW is a leading and reputed Press Manufacturer and Exporter since more than 6 decades. SEW is a flagship company of I.S. Chawla Group of Companies established in 1950 at Mumbai to cater Indian Manufacturing Industry with precision and quality workshop machinery at reasonable values.
SEW was set us its own manufacturing unit at Rajkot in 1989, a workshop machinery hub in India. We have manufacturing facilities in more than 20000 square meter at Shapar (Veraval) Industrial Area nearest to Rajkot.
We have in house manufacturing facilities of components which give inter changeability and availability of components even after long period. Our workshop is equipped with mother machineries like CNC Base Flame Plate Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Plate Straightening Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Stress Relieving Vibrators, very well equipped Fabrication Shop: in machining shop we have Doosan & WMW make Boring Machines with facilities single job operation up to 5 Meter also with VMCs’, CNC Turning Centers’, CNC Milling, Gear Grinding Machine.
We strictly our quality measures from the beginning purchase of raw materials to dispatch of the machine and make sure there isn’t any compromise with the quality in any level. We follow the No Hammer on bearing assembly policy to make sure precision machine manufacturing. We strictly maintain our quality control with instruments. i.e. (list of instruments)
SEW has 200+ skilled and dedicated team and 50+ well qualified and experienced team for Design, Purchase, Planning, Production, Quality Control and Administration.
Since last 6 decades, we serve the workshops of Small Scale Industeis to MN Cs’ with 15000+ machines and our respective clients are, Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Ancillaries, Hero, Hero Honda, General Motors, Toyota India, TVS, LG, Samsung, Videocon, Panasonic, Havells India and this list going so far…
