Return Policy:

3. Please wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed.
4. Please send your package, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. No C.O.D is allowed.
5. Please contact us for the address of return.
6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Warranty Service:
1. This item is covered one-year warranty from the date of purchasing by us.
2. Buyer need to e-mail us to obtain our RMA (return material authorization) number before sending us the item.
3. We are responsible for the lost or damaged items in transit.
4. Buyer allows one month processing the repair.
5. Buyer are responsible for the shipping of sending and returning the item.
