Jiangyin Comat Metal Products CO., LTD is a professional producer of tin plates, hot dipped galvanized steel coils and cold rolled steel coils, dedicated to provide our customers excellent products and perfect service. Our company, with an overall capital of more than 300 million RMB, has developed into a large-scale manufacturing enterprise covering 68,000 square meters, including 52,000 square meters of the construction area.
At present, we own the sophisticated equipments including 13 sets of advanced reversible cold rolling mills, 2 sets of the continuous rolling mills, 56 sets of bell furnace annealing line,2 pieces of hot dipped galvanizing lines, 3 pieces of electrolytic tinning lines, 7 sets of trimmer plants,3 sets of rectifying plant,2 sets of cleaning lines and 7 sets of cutting lines etc. The products can be widely used in automobile, packaging, print, container making, metal furniture, windows, mechanical hardware, mechanical engineering and etc. Our company owns annual output of 205,000 metric tons and sales reach USD 160 million.

Thickness available: 0.2mm to 2.75mm
Width available: 150mm to 1500mm
Steel grades: Q195 equal to ST12, 08AL, SPHC
Temper: T2-T5
Zinc coating mass: normally 120g/sqm, can also produce according to customers' requests
Inner packing: Anti-rust paper
Outer packing: Corner protected

The technical factor of Tinplate as below:
Thickness available: 0.15mm to 0.45mm
Width available: 190mm to910mm
Steel grades: Q195 equal to ST12, 08AL, SPHC,
Temper: T2-T3-T4-T5
Tin coating rates: normally 2.8/2.8g/sqm, 2.8/5.6g/sqm, 5.6/5.6g/sqm, according to customer's requests
Inner packing: Anti-rust paper
Outer packing: Corner protected
