ONE Basic Costs (annual registry).
The basic annual registry to maintain a Hong Kong company in good standing, contain of the following items:
Items with fixed fees:

1. Annual appointment a HK local company secretary.

2. Registered Office in Hong Kong.

3. Payment for apply a new business registration (subject to change by the Government).

4. Annual Return statutory filing (subject to change by the Government).

TWO, Variable Costs (account bookkeeping,annual audit, tax filing).
Account bookkeeping, annual audit, tax filing are depend on the nature of business, volume of transactions, amount of turn over and a few other factors.

Items with variable fees:

1. Account book-keeping fee: NIL if not operating business; fees to be determined according to the nature of business and number of transactions.

2. Annual statutory audit fee: USD650 if operation is minimal; exact fee will be determined according to a number off actors, such as the nature of business and amount of turnover etc.

3. Filing of Profits Tax Return: USD65 up(More on Reporting Requirements).

4. Filing of Employers Return: USD30 up(More on Employers Return).

The annual retainer for provision of Company Secretary covers the following services:

(1) Filing of notice of change of registered office and business address; preparation of minutes;

(2) Provision of one Corporate Company Secretary (COLVASS CONSULTING Secretaries Limited acts as Company Secretary);

(3) Filing of notice of change of directors and secretary;

(4) Preparation and filing of Annual Return;
