Product Detail

EVE Melamine Foam is a flexible thermoset polymer, with open cell foam made from melamine resin. It is a new soft thermosetting environmental material with 99% opening cell rate. Melamine resin impregnated foam exhibits a very high resistance to both heat and chemicals,with a high degree of sound absorption and good thermal insulation characteristics.
The foam is low in density making it suitable for applications with weight restrictions such as the aircraft and rail industries.
Melamine acoustic and thermal foam can be laminated, converted and fabricated to meet most requirements, making it a highly versatile foam.

Sound Absorption
EVE Melamine Foam Board's open-cell surface guarantees that the sound energy is reduced in the cell structure, giving EVE Melamine Foam Board an excellent sound absorption capacity.

Chemical Resistance
