1. The AdBlue injection volume is precisely controlled by PLC in real-time.

2. By using air-assisted injection nozzles, the ammonia atomizing particle size can be reduced below 30<span>μ</span><span>m, which would increase the </span>NOx & ammonia reaction efficiency.

3. Modular designed. The main components of the SCR system are: reaction module<span>.</span><span>hybrid module</span><span>.</span><span>injection module</span><span>.</span><span>PLC control module</span><span>.</span><span>control cabinet module</span><span>.</span>air-assisted injection module<span>.</span>AdBlue tank module, etc.

4. Over 90% NOx in the emission can be converted, and untreated ammonia amount is below 15ppm.

5. Designed for diesel can meet China III and above emission standards or the sulfur content is lower than 350ppm.

Zhejiang Ailipu Tsingtech Exhaust Purification Technology Co.,Ltd produced 3 different kinds of air-assisted injection nozzle, which is mechanical straight through module, it is a robust component that injection atomised urea and air mixture in the centre of the exhaust gas flow. 
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
The inlet is φ6.3 or 1/4"which followed SAE J2044 standard.
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">
It suggests to place this injection nozzle in the middle of the exhaust pipe with any installation angle, the nozzle should placed in the same direction as exhaust stream, in order to satisfied with this requirement, inset injection nozzle in the nozzle holder upon installation,
