Product Detail

(1) lack of phase at starting of motor. The star connected motor rotor swings left and right, and the motor has a "buzz" sound. The motor can not start, and its winding current is 4~7 times of the rated current. The heating capacity is 16~49 times of the normal temperature rise, which causes the motor to burn out when it exceeds the permissible temperature rise rapidly. The delta connected motor can start, but there is a buzz. 
(2) when the motor is out of phase. When the motor is in full load phase, overcurrent state for motor noise, motor speed and rapid decline in motor weakness, rapid temperature rise leads to burn out the motor; when the light load phase motor, the motor will because the role of inertia continue to operate for a period of time, but the speed is low, no phase winding current increase rapidly, make this phase winding was destroyed due to excessive temperature rise. Therefore, in the motor control circuit will be set with phase protection.

YUYAO YUANZHONG SALT PIECES CO.LTD, The factory is specializing in producing kinds of motor iron core and motor punching plate.


 


The existing equipment including Japan AIDA200T,AIDA125T and Taiwan INGYU80T, in all


8 high speed precise punches, also with the equipment of Slitting Ling, precision surface grinder and so on. In addition, the company is also equipped with more than 40 ordinary lathes with the capacity from 5 to 10 tons. We normally produce motor iron core about 80 thousand per months.  


The company in 2001 has passed the IS09001; 2000 standard quality system certification. And take this as an opportunity to carry out the implementation carefully, complete control of product quality to satisfy customers.
