Multi head automatic locking screw machine with high efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, high cost, such as bad screws can automatically identify and alarm, and the screw claw adjustable spacing in the X--Y--Z direction, replace the product easy, good versatility. 
1.The number of screws on the product can be reduced to a general purpose machine (just operate the display screen to shield the redundant power supply and nail delivery pipeline) 
2.If the length of the screw (L1) is different, but the size (d) unchanged, the machine can be generic, just adjust the position of the claw can be. 
3.If the size of the screw (d), the replacement of automatic nail feeding machine screw claw can be used (quick plug, automatic nail feeding machine replaced a communication cable plug screw claw fixed with screw connection, convenient disassembly and assembly). 
4.Screw size should satisfy formula L>1.3D, otherwise it will flip screw in the pipeline (see photo shows the automatic nail feeding machine). 
5.The minimum distance between the screw holes should be not less than 25mm (see photo).

We will finish installation,commissioning and training within 15-25days. 

 



3. What should we charge for your engineer?

You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa, air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 50USD one day per person. 

 



4. How long is your machine's warranty period?

All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation. 

 



5. How could we do after one year warranty period?

We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my technician 80USD/day. 

 



6. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?

We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date. 

 



7. Does your engineer understand English?

Our engineers understand a little English. All of our engineer have more than five years machine installation experience. In addition, they can use body language to communicate with customer.
