Thickness of compound layer of surface: 0.01 to 0.02mm
Workpiece colour after heattreatment: Grey
Hardness of surface: HV>700
24 working hours consumption rate: 3% or so
Liquid Cyaniding Salt series (Liquid cyaniding salt and Restorable salt in liquid cyaniding)
Heattreatment temperature: 720 Degrees Centigrade or so
Thickness of the surface hardening layer: 0.08 to 0.3mm
Workpiece colour after heattreatment: Grey
Isothermal Hardening Salt series (Isotherma hardening salt, Stepped quenching salt)
Working temperature:
150~400 Degrees Centigrade (Low temperature isothermal hardening salt )
500~700 Degrees Centigrade (Middle temperature isothermal hardening salt )
